  • Shipping & Delivery
  • For shipments within the United States: Depending on the products, a shipping and handling fee of either $30.00, $50.00 or $75.00 will be assigned to each order. All orders will ship via UPS 3-day delivery service unless other arrangements are made by phone at (760) 889-0982. For shipments outside the United States: Customers outside the United States are welcome to use our shopping cart to place their order. When your order is placed on our website, a flat shipping and handling rate will be charged. Additional international shipping costs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and a customer service representative will contact you to request billing information for the balance of the order total. Sunrise Science Products uses recognized international commercial shipping companies with customs broker capabilities.

  • Sunrise Science Products charges sales tax for customers in California unless a resellers permit is received prior to placing your order.


  • Return Policy
  • If for any reason you believe a product needs to be returned to or replaced by Sunrise Science Products, contact us within 30 days for technical support, and to arrange for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Replacements or refunds for products returned without this number are not guaranteed. Please be certain the product you order is the one you want: Not all products can be returned once shipped, and all returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact us directly. SHIPPING CLAIMS: All orders are carefully checked and packed to ensure undamaged transport to the customer. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 12 days from the date of shipment. In the event of damage, please keep all original packaging material and contact our Customer Service Department.
